Material
We offer a selection of high‑grade Japanese steels, including Aichi 440C, Hitachi 440C, ATS314, Takefu VG1, VG10, etc.
Heat Treatment
We use a combination of ultra‑vacuum heat treatment and cryogenic treatment.
Ultra‑vacuum heat treatment ensures no decarburization, no deformation, uniform hardness, and more stable quality.
Cryogenic treatment converts unstable residual structures inside the steel into stable and hard martensite, and precipitates nano‑scale ultra‑fine carbide phases, greatly improving hardness, wear resistance and dimensional stability.
Production Technology
During heavy material removal, we fully utilize CNC grinding machines with CBN diamond wheels to prevent annealing.
For precise edge refinement, we apply Korean abrasive belts for superior cutting performance.
Every blade undergoes 100% manual inspection to completely eliminate edge annealing.
Screw System
Our scissors are equipped with patented adjustment screws.
The core design removes the traditional elastic gasket, reduces vertical deformation of the screw, and securely locks the screw shaft through a tapered structure, providing strong and stable tip biting force.
